Ms Tan Yiing Fung (“Ms Tan”) began her career with Messrs. Teh & Lee as an Associate in 2012. During her tenure at Messrs. Teh & Lee, her main areas of practice were corporate and commercial laws, where she was involved in equity and debt transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, takeovers, as well as private debt securities, corporate loans, and private funds transactions. She left Messrs. Teh & Lee in March 2021 and joined Messrs. CY Poon & CM Lim as a Partner. Currently, she oversees the business operations of the firm’s branch office in Kuala Lumpur. Her main areas of practice include corporate law, conveyancing, and banking, specializing in equity and debt capital markets and advising on the establishment of private equity funds. Currently, she sits on the Board of Aldrich Resources Berhad and West River Berhad.
